About Me

Individually Nate and Maria Hamon have performed in a variety of incarnations from a Heavy Metal Band to Musical Theatre. Upon meeting through a mutual friend Nate (who was a Personal Trainer) decided to barter with Maria (who was a Private Singing Instructor), fitness training for vocal training. To cut a long story short Maria lost 20 kilos and Nate learnt how to sing! Marriage soon followed as well as a musical partnership in the form of ‘Skuna Quay’ (named after the party town in Maria’s native Nicaragua where her parents first met).
