Tenfold Bender are a six-piece band from Copenhagen. Their song recipes consist of a large portion of punk and pop and rock infused with a healthy portion of ska and the occasional dash of reggae. Once all the elements are combined, they turn up the tempo and bring it to a boil! Tenfold Bender's promo EP has finally hit the streets, with thanks to the efforts and talent of Rockhard from Ventura Recording Studio! Rockhard and Ventura are also responsible for the Danish psychobilly-pop-rock quartet Horrorpops' debut LP. (Click on the burning earth above if you would like to know more about Ventura!) The 5 song EP blends punk, pop, rock, ska and reggae into 15 minutes of raw, melodic, sometimes hard-hitting, and always catchy entertainment.
The wide range of influences of the six band members lends to their somewhat eclectic sound. Each of the 5 songs has something new to offer, ranging from the three-chord "old school" sound of I Love Shool to the pop-reggae feel of Working Title. And yet the EP still manages to remain cohesive from beginning to end, with sometimes explosive intros or catchy melody lines that catch you in the moment and keep you suspended for the duration of the song.
The EP is available for download, allowing potential listeners/fans to create their own CD. A cover will also be made available over the internet, which can be downloaded, printed, cut and folded to complete the look of your very own "do-it-yourself" Tenfold Bender debut promo EP.
