I love to laugh out loud like I haven't a care in the world because it's freeing. I love to read all day because it keeps me focused. I love to talk about change because of the power in speaking things into existence. I love to love because it feels so natural. I love to move forward because I only like treadmills in the gym. I love to talk to my elders because they help me to stay focused on progression. I love to talk to children because they remind me that there is always hope. I love to be by myself because I can hear everything so clearly. I love to be with my Mom because she just loooooooves ME!...............................On Another Note...................I am a music lover first and foremost. But overall I am an appreciator of ART not to mention the REAL artists behind it. I am the former host of "Infinite Possibilities" on WEAA 88.9FM. I am currently in production of a brand new show called "Conversation, Peace." This show will consist of in depth conversations with some of todays most sought after artists. Just like my previous show, "Conversation, Peace" will embody positivity, upliftment, love and of course, PEACE. Poetry is a form of art that I simply adore which is why I have a segment of my show dedicated to it called "The ROQ Spot" that spotlights poets as well as spoken word artists. If you don't know anything else about me, know that I love this MOVEMENT and I am going to continue to honor it by doing my part....MALCOLM's WAY!!!!

My Interests

I am committed to continuing the growth process which is enabling me to "BE."

I'd like to meet:

My kindred spirits because they appear when I need confirmation or modification in my way of thinking. My angels because they appear when I am faced with challenges I am unable to handle on my own. My soulmates because they appear when I am unable to recognize areas I need to grow in on my own. And, of course, The Creator because I wanna know if I got "IT" right this time around:)

Music:

Anything, regardless of genre, that moves my spirit, stirs my soul and touches my heart. Okay but you must realize by now that Two sisters stand out on my page. If you haven't yet, please listen to their music but make sure you pick up their message on the way...Much More than Less!!!! New Unreleased STUFF!!

Movies:

Again, anything that touches me. That could be through laughter as easily as through tears. I am just as serious as I am silly....Hmmmm

Television:

Seinfeld, The Bernie Mac Show, The Game, Ugly Betty, Will & Grace, Law & Order, Law & Order SVU, Law & Order CI, Monk, and The Shield.

Books:

I really like to read someone's story because it brings about an understanding of their perspective if nothing else. So, I dig autobiographies. Recently, I've been introduced to science fiction and I'm diggin it something terrible. In addition, anything pertaining to the history of my people. There is definitely freedom in knowing the truth.

Heroes:

My Mommy, My Twin Flame, My Spirit Sister, El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz, Tina Turner, Vanessa Williams, Will Smith, Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, and Seekers of Peace, Love and Truth.
