Many and varied. Currently writing, reading and research take up my time but I really do enjoy other things as well -- like -- uh -- I used to know what they were. Spare time would be nice right now.
Other authors (especially non-fiction), self-publishers, the open-minded, sex workers and people who might possibly read my book.Who I DO NOT Want to Meet:
No girlfriend-seeking guys. I'm not here looking for a boyfriend. I just had one, don't want another. Some of My Other Sites
Rock (the heavier the better), classical, classic jazz, classic country, 80s, electronic/dance
I'm one of those people who truly enjoy foreign films. I also like good 'ol Hollywood classics, like Gone With the Wind. I love The Little Mermaid. And I relish comedy like Borat and Thank You for Smoking. About the only thing I don't like are movies that waste my time (a recent example of this would be Brick and a lot of Hollywood blockbusters).
Haven't watched TV in years, actually. I love The Simpsons and have started watching Scrubs and Weeds as they come out on DVD. But really, I prefer to read or surf online. (My litmus test for fame? If you get to do yourself on The Simpsons.)
Mostly non-fiction. I'm breathlessly waiting the next book in the Kushiel series . You can see my book list online . But most of what I read right now is work-related. I haven't read any new fun stuff in a while.
The people that seem heroic to me are common people who do extraordinary things, often for simple reasons. People like that amaze me. And Steve Irwin.
