Music, Literature, Art...any fuzzy critter, especially Bats and camels, Philosophy, Horse back riding, Disneyland, Stop motion animation, Religion, History, Vampires, things with wings, Far Away Places, things that can't die, geeky boys with glasses, Great Danes, prolonged kisses with bites, and People...they amaze me.
Connecting with old friends and maybe finding some new ones. Someone who has something real to say...about anything and everything, as long as it's real.... I'll respect your opinion, regardless of whether or not I share it.....but I expect the same courtesy. People ready to laugh until their sides ache, and ready for adventures!
Can't live without it.... Music is in my life 24 hours a day. There is not enough space to discuss it here, but I like pieces of almost all genres, given the right mood and moment. It would be much easier to list what I don't like. Isn't it amazing how a song can take you back to a place and time, even a moment in your life, as if it were yesterday?
Anything Tim Burton..gotta love it. I LOVE film..... especially period pieces or films of the supernatural, knights, dragons, lovable monsters, vampires, things that can't die.......it's all my favorite stuff........some favorites are Nightmare Before Christmas, Princess Bride, The Crow, The Highlander, Last of the Mohicans, Lady Hawke.
For the most part, I don't really need it, as it is mostly a complete waste of time...I have been known to indulge in the guilty pleasure of Partridge Family re-runs, Moonlight, The Ghost Whisperer, and the Medium on lonely nights, and the Animal Planet sucks me right in every time, and of course the Discovery and History channels are fun sometimes as well. (Yes, I DO know I am a geek, and I am ok with it.)
Always reading at least one, but usually several..... Currently reading "The Eight", about Charlemagnes lost chess set. It's a little Davinci Code-ish, and I am enjoying it.
My dad.....I'd like to see him again, just one more time.... My Mom, a completely amazing woman, and my friend Timmy, even though he just doesn't get it.
