-----------I'll Never Come Home!-----------
"Know who you are, Know who you want to be, and Follow your dreams..." - A.C. Figureida
The outdoor nature of my personal character has led me backpacking and trekking all over the world. I have ridden elephants in Thailand, watched lions and hyenas walk around my tent in the Serengeti, kayaked in the Sea of Cortez, hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Pichu, watched the sun rise over Africa from the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro, dove in the Channel Islands, seen Cambodia from the back of a pickup truck, fed giraffes in Kenya, walked the beaches of Zanzibar, driven the Alaskan Highway, canyoneering slot canyons in Zion, and chased trains all over Europe from Greece to Sweden.
I have been to numerous state and national parks beginning with my family from when I was a child. I have rock climbed all over southern California; nationally in Zion NP in Utah, Wind Rivers Range in Wyoming, and internationally in Thailand, Germany, Czech Republic, Peru, and Sweden.
Being very new to the mountaineering world, my bests include Mount Shasta in 5h 32min on the Avalanche Gulch route; and my highest summit is Chanchani Volcano in southern Peru at 6075m/19931 ft. Rode a bicycle 1800 miles from Canada to Mexico in 21 days, and again 3700 miles from California to Maine in 64 days. Started a nonprofit charity project called Cycle for Heart where I spoke to children and law makers across the USA about being healthy as I traveled around by bicycle.
I was born and raised in Ventura, CA, but I have also lived in Alaska and Sweden. My occupation is Magic Builder. Yep, you guessed it, I know all the secrets, and no I wont tell, but any live performance you have seen, from N'SYNC to Broadway, The Oscars to David Copperfield, I have built custom magic props for it.
I love great pictures, music of every kind and beat, deep and long conversation, beautiful people (inside and out), and outdoor gear. I want to be Indiana Jones on the Travel Channel.
My personal philosophy is simple. Like most things I am nothing and I only have one real obligation in life; to make myself happy. I believe: To never settle for second best, Always do what is best for you, Being upset or mad, arguing or fighting is a waste of time, Surround yourself with the people you most want to be like, Persistence and desire is what separates those who make it to the top and those who do not. Persistence comes from the mind and desire comes from the heart, There should never be any reason to fight with your partner, Be proud for the things you have done not for the things you say or think, not to complain, and we're all crazy. I am a romantic and a dreamer.
I am currently getting ready for my next two expedition and charity projects: a cross country bike ride (Washington to Florida), and to Mt. Aconcagua (22,841 feet) in Argentina, moving to New Zealand, and hopefully a job in Antarctica.

My Interests

Anything extreme and outdoors. I have traveled very extensively over the western U.S. with many trips to Baja. Traveled through 30 countries and 50 major cities worldwide.

Avid rock climber, runner, big game spear fisherman, hiker, mountain biker, cyclist, and kayaker. Favorite sport is mountaineering and have climbed as high as 6,075m/19,931ft.
