About Me

Everything else ya need to know about me...

My Interests

I'm interested in...movies, and music, but those have their own sections. Video games too, and those don't, so I guess I'll commandeer this for that: Final Fantasy 6-7, 10, hopefully 12, Chrono Trigger, and parts of Chrono Cross (but just for the music), any/all old LucasArts SCUMM games (that is, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Monkey Island, Sam and Max Hit the Road, that sort of thing), Old Sierra games, like Leisure Suit Larry (seems like an odd choice, but they're fun games) and Quest for Glory (but number 5 sucked), I don't really like most new games, because I suck royally at first-person shooters, and it seems like that's the only kind of game being made anymore. (Damn you John Romero!) In other news, I tried formatting this to be a nice little list, but it makes it all like one string without breaks. Stupid myspace...

I'd like to meet:

Er...I dunno. Maybe someone who isn't a normal creepy myspace type?BY THE WAY: It is my policy not to accept friend invitations unless I either recognize your face or if you send me a message telling me who you are and how I know you. Please don't take it as an insult if I turn down your friend request just because I didn't realize you were someone I knew, especially if I only know you online.

Music:

Bach, Supertramp, Styx, Tchaikovsky, Kansas, Foreigner, Boston, Chicago, Mozart, Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller, Europe, Elton John, Eric Clapton, Danny Elfman, Moody Blues, Rolling Stones, Gloria Estefan, Aerosmith, The Beatles, Bartok, The Eagles, Linda Ronstadt, Al Steward, Emerson Lake & Palmer, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Oingo Boingo, Blue Öyster Cult, Carole King, Carly Simon, Joni Mitchell, Nobuo Uematsu, Yasunori Mitsuda, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Lynyrd Skynyrd, David Bowie, Claude Debussy, Diana Ross & the Supremes, The Platters, The Drifters, The Coasters, Don McLean, Dream Theater, Eric Whitacre, Lizst, Fleetwood Mac/Stevie Nicks, Holst, James Taylor, Jethro Tull, Led Zeppelin, Maynard Ferguson, Michael Jackson, Michael Z. Television:

Good anime...that is, Weiß Kreuz, Fushigi Yuugi, Sorcerer Hunters, Angel Sanctuary, Excel Saga, Bleach, Master of Mosquiton, Azumanga Daioh. I also like some other genres of television, although I rarely actually watch TV...I know every episode of The Critic, and I watch The Twilight Zone (the old good ones, with Rod Serling) whenever they're on. I'm starting to get more into Family Guy, Futurama, and The Simpsons, but since I don't have a television I have to...ah...acquire them surreptitiously. My roommate watches TV a lot, and he watches crap shows, but every now and again he stumbles across a good one, like Robot Chicken. I've seen most of Aqua Teen Hunger Force, but I think my brain refused to remember most of it, out of self-defense.

Books:

Robert Jordan, Gordon R. Dickson, Anne Rice, Terry Pratchett, Douglas Adams, David Eddings, Poppy Z. Brite

Heroes:

Erik Satie, Piotyr Illyich Tchaikovsky, Bela Bartok, Felix Mendelssohn, Danny Elfman, Frank Ticheli, Robert W. Smith, Eric Whitacre, Key Poulan. Also Lestat de Lioncourt, Vincent Valentine, Guybrush Threepwood, and Val Kilmer's character in Real Genius. I forget his name.
