Love sports especially outdoor ones, reading, walking, travelling, painting (fine art, using oil paints) listening to music, going to theatres and cinemas, spending time alone - now and then and casually kickin' it with friends doing whatever!!!

Music:
A wide variety, mainly with Christian values, or based on love and real life experiences. To be more specific - A little Al Green, with a little of Vanessa Carlton and Switchfoot. Intense moments with Cross Movements, Ambassador and Kanye W. The occasional Bob Marley and Lauryn Hill. Intimate spiritual moments with Dwayne Woods, Juanita Bynum, Hill Songs, Matt Redman and Shekinah Glory. All depending on what mood I'm in and what activity I am doing.
Movies:
I tend to like action films such as War of the Worlds, The Bourne Identity, Man on Fire, John Q, Crash, Matrix, Xmen and Spider Man. Romantic Comedies such as Hitch, There's Something About Mary and Along Came Polly. And Dramas like Antwone Fisher, Soul Food, Forrest Gump, and Woman Thou Art Loosed. The typical female selection I guess.The films I watch usually have exceptionally talented or very good actors such as Dacoda Fanning, Tom Hanks, Denzel Washington, Shaun Connery, Angela Bassett, Will Smith, Jada Pinkett, Blair Underwood, Haley Joel Osment, Sigourney Weaver, Cuba Gooding Jr, Winona Ryder, Eva Mendes, Sanaa Lathan, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Michael Douglas, Anthony Hopkins, Michelle Pfeiffer and Don Cheadle.
Television:
I tend to watch cable, either movies or comedies such as The Cosby Show, Fresh Prince, Soul Food, King of Queens and occasionally Fraiser. Other cable programmes I enjoy include "Praise The Lord - TBN, Fear Factor (outdoor game shows), home improvement programs, some reality TV shows and ocassionally BET/MTV.
Books:
I mainly read books pertaining to self betterment, spiritual growth, finance, marketing, investment as well as biographies such as Nelson Mandela. When I have extra time I may dabble in a little fiction thriller such as books written by Stephen King.
Heroes:
My heros are generally people in my life or in the media who have inspired me. Please note that they are not my idols neither do I consider them to be perfect but instead they are people who have made some form of positive impact on my life or the lives of others.
They are wide and varied but include My Mother, Father and Grandma/Grandpa Denton, Marie/Patrick Benjamin, Rev Peter Scott, Bob Marley (his humility and sincerity is so tangible), Princess Diana, Nelson Mandela, Bishop John Francis, Martin Luther King, Juanita Bynum, TD Jakes, Medina Pullings, Fred Hammond, Joel Osten and Bishop Eddie Long, just to name a few.
