I'm a real artist, who makes real music. I'm very passionate about what I do & I do it unto the glory of God. Music has always been a big part of my life & it shows. I have much to say because of all that I've been through & have overcome by the grace of God. I grew up in the tough streets of Kalihi in Honolulu, Hawaii. I spent most of my youth living in the Lanakila Housing Projects & was raised by the streets for the first 19 years of my life until I dedicated my life to the Lord. I began my soul searching at the age of 17, because I knew that there had to be more to life than what I knew & was settling for. Most of my friends were involved in gangs, doing drugs, hanging out, partying, smoking, drinking & fooling around. You name it. I've been there. I can relate, but I chose to elevate & become a victor, instead of a victim. A success story, instead of just another statistic. Call it what you want, but that was me. Now here I am before you as a changed man who's nothing like how I used to be. Truly my life has taken a complete 180 degree turn from really bad, to really good. I have no complaints. I go through issues in life just like anybody else & am far from being perfect & I don't claim to be, but I do strive towards it. I haven't forgotten where I've come from though, so my heart cries out for the streets & my people. I pray that all who listens to my music will find hope & be uplifted by it & inspired. My desire is that all will see the truth for what it really is, instead of just how it's perceived to be. I speak the truth & I keep it real both in what I say & how I live my life. That's me.
