About Me

Surtr's Brood is a troop of fire entertainers specifically trained in fire safety to provide you a safe and entertaining pyro show. We have been getting write-ups in numerous publications and periodicals. We have performed at store and club openings, private parties, faires, and parades. We have entertainers on Long Island, in Virginia and Ohio and are expanding. We range anywhere from fire breathing and eating to fire poi, and flaming devil sticks. As well as fire entertainment, we have bellydancing, singers and a 10 year veteran MC. In addition, we participate in medieval re-creation. Our largest event is held annually in Slippery Rock, PA called Pennsic. Pennsic draws about 14,000 people from around the world for this 16 day medieval city. We participate in a myriad of different activities, including but not limited to armored sword fighting, medieval cooking, calligraphy, bellydancing, drumming, and brewing.
