Donn Sterling is a graduate of Penn State University, where he earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications. While attending Penn State, he studied abroad in Milan, Italy studying Strategic Management in Fashion Companies at Italy's prestigious Universita' Bocconi. While residing in Milan, Donn worked for a lifestyle public relations firm, "Boz Communications", to further his experience in the fashion industry. His desire to work in fashion has motivated him to pursue careers in consulting, modeling, public relations as well as new business development.While in Milan, Donn gained international experience by working with designers such as Yulan, Maurizio Pecoraro, NIKE eyewear, and Neil Barrett. Nationally, he has worked with designers and companies such as, Vincent Falls, Marithe+Francios Girbaud, Todd Thomas, Nicola Luccarini, FIZZ, The Neiman Marcus Group, ISAIA, and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.With an extreme passion and respect to the art of fashion, Donn is inspired by the historians such as, Halston, Yves Saint Laurent, Valentino, and Gianfranco Ferre. In his opinion, the prevailing designers that add to the list of "unique artistic craftsmanship", which he considers today's contemporary greats are Ozwald Boateng, Derek Lam, Esteban Cortazar, Tom Ford, Viktor & Rolf and Stella McCartney. For now, the list remains but such as life, fashion is evolving and so will the list.
