Tha History Behind Tha Legacy...It was actualy created in a jail cell at around dawn, I (King David) Had a vision and I had found a name through a novel i was reading at the time called, "The Day of The ******(Cant give all the secrets)." I found the name"Kingz of the Vendetta", which quickly turned into VK. Solomon was with me at the time, and at this point we are the only Vendettta Kingz.We would write rhymes and build on this idea of a Hip Hop supergroup. Upon release, I continued to take steps into my destiny, by recoring writing and of course meeting new heads and telling em' about Vendetta Kingz. Within a few months The Holy Ghostman (Jeremy) came to me and at the time believed that I was good and that I had Incredible potential, but was not ready to be part of what was at that time, VK. Now durring tha time directly before VK was launched as a Group online and to the rest of tha world, i was on tha hunt for classic production, I stumbled accross Anabolic, and loved his work. I did a recording over a beat that Timbo King eventually used, but the verse was epic over that beat (Tragedy is a Long Road) and I got good responses. After linking with Anabolic as Fam, I got a mesage from OZ the Arc Raider (Ty). I was immediately intrigued by the sound that I heard from OZ, his beats his sharp wordplay, so we started building. This includes music and tha Knowledge. Within a few weks of that first Anabolic recording i did, I had got the Ghostman's attention enough to get him in tha lab. Some time in late December early January 07 the Ghostman and I, King David officially made the first Vendetta Kingz song. It was naturally rugged and not our best recording, but ill nonetheless. Jeremy and I proceed to pump out trackz like Amtrak workers, and eventually we had enough solid material to set up a myspace page. After the page started to get some attention, we started to get messeges and comments from around the world embracing s for what we were doing...It felt like some movement more than just music. I still had production from Flip, Bolic, and Mister Wonders, (who was the first person to ever market VK) Through designing VK graphics, logos, and images we created something that was designed to capture all peoples eyes. A universal revolution if you will. We appeal to lots of different people and this was realized by all. Quite a few people in tha mix at this point but it gets better. Connections like Iron Curtian, and Snake vs Crane in Berlin , and throughout Germany. OZ and I did three origional jointz when he came to Arizona to record. I Contacted Hell Razah thru myspace, and we did a classic joint over Anaboic's "Bring The Times" beat.(Unrelesded) Before King David started to travel to bring the news of The Vendetta Kingz to the masses, Killah Priest came to my home studio and recordin Three epic joints with me and The Holy Ghostman. (Unrelesded) After successfully doing collabs wit two major artists, King David left AZ and found himself in Queens, NY staying with Legend, Tragedy Khadafi. Buildin wit the God on tha physical was incredible. Sparked me mentally and my visions grew. There will be a Tragedy Khadafi/Vendetta Kingz album. ..in due time...FREE KHADAFI!!! He went on to diffferent parts of NY, LA to record with Kosha Dillz and LA's Finest, and rocked live at Dj Mishaps birthday in 07. From there, King David went on to visit and build in undisclosed locations. Back to AZ where Contra Psalmz comes in the first Contra Psalmz/VK track recorded wit King David. Now of course production is vital and when Manchild of the Netherlands contacted tha Kingz, we new it was time wit the right glove fitting sound to push the Kingz in tha correct way, a true Musical Movement was born. Jon The Baptist out of Staten Island completes the formation of the Camp. New Material featuring all of the Gods soon to come...
