With a hustler's spirit, and a passion for true hip-hop, this California born/Phoenix-bred MC has been pushing his music through the Arizona underground since 2006. Buzz "Point9" Klein began his pursuit of a rap career by solely distributing over 1000 copies of his CD, outside of bars, clubs, and corner-stores all around the Northeast Phoenix area. After realizing his potential, he headed south to Tempe, where there was more of a live music scene, and began performing at several venues in the summer of 2007, including The Sets, Next Nightclub, The Loft, Big Fish Pub, and The Clubhouse. Then, in early 2008, he was privileged to be an opening act for Hip-Hop legend Masta Ace & his group EMC. Now preparing his independent debut album, Point Nine continues to do shows on the underground level, and has also ventured into merchandise with his T-shirts, posters, and stickers. Against all odds and ready for mainstream exposure, the 23 year old unsigned lyricist has an undying determination to succeed in the music industry. His unique voice & lyrical versatility, combined with his ability to reach his audience, is what gives him an edge over the stereotypical competition.Look for his independent debut album in 2008.
