..Just listen to the music....................................................... ......................................My name is Derek Comley. A.K.A Deker Mcloey. I make lo-fi, d.i.y. "independent music that is influenced by different aspects of many genres. Roots americana,soul,blues,punk,reggae,ska,dub,early country,rockabilly,rock'n'roll and folk are strong influences on many of my self produced recordings. I am a composer of my own unique musical blend and have slowly but surely begun to make my mark. Based out of Dallas and influenced by the soul, music, history, and potential of this city, but originally from phx, AZ. My solo e.p. will be out this summer, Listen to the music and judge for yourself. I sincerely hope it makes life a little better for you.
