As for my interests outside of music, I enjoy the culinary arts - cooking, wine-tasting, and visiting any new restaurant that opens locally (rating them as I go, along with my husband Dana). Going to the top restaurants in Las Vegas for Dana and me is like going to a cooking class. I've learned so much from their chefs, and many of them were kind enough to offer up some of their recipes to us!
So long as I'm able to continue going to the Chicago fan conventions to keep up with Robert and Walter, I'm a happy camper!
Chicago, Moody Blues, CSN (with and without Y), America, and just about every other band that came in from 1964 up to 1979. I also have an unofficial website dedicated to Walter Parazaider of Chicago. Check it out! I also have my own music site you can check out here.
My most favorite actors are those that are musically-inclined, or have at least performed in a musical. This list includes Richard Harris (he had a beautiful tenor voice, if you've never seen/heard "Camelot"), Peter O'Toole, Albert Finney, Tom Conti (who's also a great classical guitarist, by the way), Anthony Hopkins (a pianist in his spare time. I'd love to hear him just once!), Richard Chamberlain (Remember "The Slipper & The Rose"? What a voice!), Hugh Jackman, Alan Rickman (who composed a song for a film he directed starring Emma Thompson), Christopher Plummer, and others.
Lakers, Padres, Chargers, and shows that deal with investigations of ancient and/or biblical history/archeology. I also admit, I have a weakness for the World Poker Tour, even though I don't play poker myself (I can't bluff myself out of a paper bag if my life depended on it!).
Joseph Conrad's "Secret Sharer" (very close to home)and "Lord Jim", Henry Fielding's "Tom Jones", and (of course) anything by Shakespeare!
In order: Walter Parazaider (it's his fault, after all!), Robert Lamm, Mike Pinder, Benny Anderson, Stephen Stills, and (lastly) my namesake George Harrison.
