A quick write up about from La Lelounge: As soon as I entered, I felt like I stepped onto a beach vacation in the Mediterranean. The venue was decorated with cabanas, heat lamps, oversized couches, and European styled tables. The outdoor feel of the venue, palm trees and shallow pool made the venue seem like a vacation spot. The scene is definitely young, hip and trendy Hollywood style. There is nothing to chi-chi about it, however, if you are not on someone�s list, forget about it, the lines are way too long and crawl at such a slow speed. Here the table reservations run about $300 a bottle, and the drinks at the bar were expensive, $12 Martinis!. .At the end of the night I had managed to find Dean West and told him about my experience at the front door because he did not put me on the list. He laughed and explained the list was for bottle service, with his relaxed demeanor. The first time I met Dean West was at another Pretty Boy Promotions event at the Penthouse where he greeted me at the front of the line with complimentary entrance and drink tickets. Dean West was charming and down to earth, unlike the Hollywood stereotype of someone too cool, like I pictured most promoters to be. I was not disappointed to see his same personality as he took a picture with me for LA Lelounge. .Overall, the cabana club is a place for the young, hip and trendy crowd of Hollywood. Santa's Naughty List Complete Saturday night was freezing in Hollywood, but that didn't stop the young and the restless from heading out to LA.com favorite Boulevard3 for the Prettyboy Promotions first-anniversary party. Though the drinks were expensive and the people beautiful (Superman Brandon Routh showed), the roving band of carolers kept things light-hearted and fun, as did the people on the dance floor who were actually dancing (and, sigh, spilling), not just posing. Even Santa took time out of his busy schedule to show the go-go dancers a couple moves.
