It varies. I have non-discriminating ears so I listen to anything and everything. As of now I mostly listen to: hardcore punk, jazz, old-skool hip-hop and soul/funk music.
Movies:
The Imitation of Life, Shawshank Redemption, The Color Purple, American Beauty, Bomb the system, Crash, Coming to America, Thank you for smoking, Superbad, and any documenatries dealing with interesting topics.
Television:
The Boondocks, Chapelle Show, Six Feet Under, Campus Ladies, Its Always Sunny In Phildelphia, Family Guy,Good Times, Entourage, Taboo, Dirty Jobs, The Twilight Zone(60's version), and any ridiculous reality shows.
Books:
Selected Prison Writings from Mumia Abu Jamal. Can't remember the title but non the less a very interesting read. Free Mumia!!!!
