The entire WORLD! I actually met Lee Haney at Paul Love's show - and need to talk to him again. He's a great man!Never succumb to peer pressure - EVER. Patience + Perseverance = You Prevail. Step outside of the box and into the ring. Be unconventionally conventional. Train hard - who cares who's watching! Don't be afraid to try something new ~ just do it. Write your equation for success and know your variables. Utilize the tools available to ensure success - heart rate monitors - manipulate your heart rate and you can achieve any goal you set. ECONOMY OF EMOTION / MOTION - learn it, live it. Every single degree of motion/emotion should go towards efficiency - why would you want to waste your time? Less is more - embrace the concept folks!Fitness Relief~ the easing of burden or distress, such as pain, anxiety, or oppression.....fitness relief is a valuable reactive tool but even more valuable when used daily in one's proactive tool box ~ the effects are exponentially positive in all aspects of life ~

Love em - knowledge is power baby! A great friend of mine, Gordon La Velle, wrote a book called, "Training for Mass". I highly recommend it. He is currently working on his second book which will be out soon!
My sons - I love those two little guys more than I can say or write! And, my Mom - she survived a kidney transplant - she is as cool as the flip side of my pillow. And, My Dad who survived the loss of his son.
