Influences: I guess I could make the usual list of artists who really knocked me out & turned me around, the ones I tried to copy, but ... what about the ones I'd like to forget! What awful hideous effect did watching Andy Williams & Perry Como on TV have on my sensitive psyche. I shudder to think of the effect Pat Boone had on me...watching him snap his fingers while torturing a Little Richard tune!!! Not to mention Lawrence Welk's bubbley make believe... YIKES!!! what about having to watch Barney with my kids...Eek! See what I'm talkin' about?
