The beautifullFest moments in life are, when you just can sit or if you like to stand, to couch and jumb or whatever you feel in the moment, you only hear, feel and play. You just have to move, hear and play, ... a bit more and a bit less :jiyeis n'est pas?
What am I talkin'? When I was a child I had rhythm education and started with tabour. Later I began to play guitar. Then I heard Flea from the Red Hots, playin' Bass and I thought: "That's what I wanna do, too." So I started playing bass and practised until I could play many of Flea's basslines. During this time I played bass in two Funk- and Jazzbands.
After the second band broke, i sang more than before and I came back to the guitar. In my last band I was singer and guitarist. We were a quintet (bass, drum, two guitars and keys). About two years, I'm on my way alone and the others are playing along without me, named Sad Wombat. Well, we're still friends and maybe we'll play together again someday.
Primary I'm guitarist, but I've got also experiences as bassist and singer and I also play a little keys an'drums and not that bad. My roots are Rock, Funk and Blues. 2005 was the first year, I also tried out some electronic things. Now the difficulty is, to bring those different trends, to the same bar.
My new album's finished since the ending of 2006. Everything on it, is handmade by myself. Music, Booklet and Inlay. In my daily life, I'm graphic Designer and I'm working also as volunteer at basels only independent radiostation called radio x.
I got also many songs which i've not recorded. Songs I'm about to record for the next Album. I'm really open to many directions of music and music is my life, 'cause I'm music.
