About Me

I'm a strangely simple person really - what you see is what you get. I say what I mean, do what I say, and generally trundle through life amiably trying to make everyone happy.
Random snippets of info: I make computer games (yay!) for a living, I play bass, watch too many films, read too many books, and occasionally drink too many beers/vodkas/cocktails and dance with ladies. I thoroughly enjoy all of these things, especially the dancing with ladies. Any ladies out there who fancy a dance, just gimme a shout ;)
Oh, and if you're going to add me, *please* note that friendship is a two-way thing. If you just want a picture of someone on your friend list, please, count me out. It'll just be a waste of effort when I have to remove you later :P

BANDS: do NOT add me without sending a message first, or it goes in the bin!

Thanks :D
You are pretty much the coolest animal, a Liger.
Which Napoleon Dynamite character are you?

My Interests

Music - playing, writing, listening to. I play bass and guitar mostly, and various other things if I can get my mittens on 'em. I listen to most types of music, depending on my mood it can be anything from big band jazz to angry metal to funky breaks. There's likely a big list of things I like further down the page! I write music when I'm feeling a bit down, usually, so if I'm not productive its coz I'm fairly cheery.
Books - I read most things, except for chick-lit. I prefer fiction to non, and I quite like reading a series of books (but I like it when I can read the whole lot at one go). I can normally be spotted reading horror or fantasy (that's the Tolkeiny kind, not the naughty kind), but I do branch out into pulpy crap like Tom Clancy, or the odd bit of actual literature. Not often though. Again, see the list further down for examples.
Films - much like books, I'll watch almost any old crap. I tend to avoid rom-coms, but that's because most of them are bloomin awful. I can't be bothered writing much more here, see the list for examples yet again!
Those things take up most of my non-work life. I play the odd computer game, head out on the booze and dance badly to various forms of music, I take pictures of ducks for some reason, I go on long walks when I'm really bored, and I think about holidays I can't go on.

I'd like to meet:
