I have the ability to walk into a room and in a few minutes work it out and come up with interesting and new ways to shoot it and you. Whether it is to shoot in a corner of a massive studio or make you stand in the pouring rain, whatever it takes to create an image I am willing to try it. Even if it means me almost killing myself in the process!!
My ideas can seem a bit crazy at times, but people are very often surprised by the end results.
I do not like to over plan a shoot, Although some planning can be good, I like to leave it vague and let inspiration take its toll.
my work is Avant Garde - This tends to mean a bit different - which is fine with me. I try to create something special for every client and try not to reshoot the same idea once I think I have captured it
I take a lot of inspiration from art, especailly contempary artist like Vetriano, Royo, Ryden, Froud, Crowden, & try to create work that borders art & photography. (Even if the work is a lingerie shoot), I do consider myself to be an artist & some of my work shows this. There is a tendency towards the comic book & fantasy, especailly with the Faery photos and the comic covers.
I also have an extensive knowledge of Dance & performing arts & Extreme sports & have even choreographed performances.
