The Most H"I"gh, my children, family, and friends, The Goddess, The Inner Master, The Tree of Life, Light Body work, astrology, RastafarI, Kabbalah, tantra, alchemy, sacred geometry. . . My life has evolved thru the discovery, study and practice of these 5 M's: maithuna, music, meditation, metaphysics, and martial arts (Tai Chi Ch'uan, Shaolin Yoga, Northern Kung-Fu, a lil Muay Thai, and passed-down JKD from my father who studied and taught my brother and I when we were young). All once upon a time before Jah Blessed me with fatherhood and an underground hip-hop artist's role fi deal with in m'Yod. Nowadays this humbled soul is a thin, dreadlocked, meekling looking at the world thru the eyes of an Old Man and a Child, living the 5 Ms, studying them in silence and enjoying life ... on a lighter note, I like to write (obviously), draw and cook. I appreciate tattoos, hidden piercings, diaphanous clothing, the human body, nakedness, free thinking and living, interacting with souls in my soul group, spontaneity, synchronicities, Life... Being.

Reality TV's no longer amusing, sooo TV's pretty much no longer amusing. The TV's normally being taken up by NOGGIN and an array of computer animated movies for my daughter. I watch Heroes. If I scan the cable "guide", I'll stop on The History Channel, The Discovery Channel, or The Food Network, all three channels usually have something interesting on. There's always NetFlix, mainlining seasons of 24. On Demand, where one could mainline episodes of The "L" Word and Dexter. I catch glimpses of America's Next Top Model, Project Runway, some reality chef show like Project Runway (Project Viking Range? i dunno), Flava of Love (a part of me's glad that show's over and dun-dun... props to Flave and everyone else on there, tho!!! ), Grey's Anatomy, Nip/Tuck and a few other random reality shows cuz my Queen loves watching beautiful women shine, fashion, food, drama and surgery... there's somp'n in that. hmmm.
