I have been so blessed, and I am gratetful each and every day for having had the chance to work with so many great people in this crazy business."--------------------------------- Spotlight -------------------------------- This song was recorded in 1988 when Larry was playing with the band Thunder (later to become Takara). It was written by guitarist Neal Grusky (Thunder, Takara, White Diamond) and world-famous vocalist Jeff Scott Soto (Yngwie Malmsteen, Eyes, Soul Sirkus, more). It was later re-corded and released on Takara's Eternal Faith CD. Jeff is currently the lead singer for Journey. Larry states, "It was a pleasure working with Neal and Jeff, and some great music came out of those sessions. It has been great to watch Jeff soar to such great heights as an artist." You can hear more songs from Larry's days with Thunder on his Official Web Site.------------------------------ It Must Be Love ----------------------------- This song was recorded in 1990 when Larry was playing with the band Jaguar (aka Jag Wire). It was written by world-famous guitarist Joshua Perahia (Joshua, Jaguar, MPire, Joshua Perahia Band) and world-class vocalist Robin Basauri (Jaguar, Joshua, Die Happy, Red Sea). This song was later re- recorded and released by Joshua on his Chapter One CD. According to Larry, "Working with Joshua and Robin was incredible. Not only were they great artists, but great people as well. Again, great music came out of those sessions." You can hear more songs from Larry's days with Jaguar on his Official Web Site.---------------------------------- Danger ----------------------------------- This song was recorded in 1987 when Larry was playing with the band TigerShark. It was written by guitarist Howard Askeland, and featured Brenda Barboni on vocals. Larry states, "As some of you may know, Howard is a long-time friend and the guitar player in our current band Deaf Symphony--. Howard and I have recorded a lot of great music over the years, and Howard's songwriting talents never cease to inspire me as an artist." You can hear more songs from Larry's recordings with TigerShark on his Official Web Site.-------------------------------- Killing Myself ----------------------------- This song was recorded in 2006 for the Deaf Symphony-- CD Chains of Love, Larry's current band. It was written by Howard (music) and Larry (melody & lyrics). According to Larry, "The guitar work on this song by Howard and Matt gives me goose bumps. They are truly one of the great guitar duos in rock. There is a bond within this band that I have never experienced before, and I really think it shows in our music."
