Karen and Amanda both believe in giving back to the community, after all, without you, Poodle's will not succeed. They are currently in the process of setting up programs with the local colleges to aid student success ratio's after graduation. In this cut-throat industry, most employers have 3 strict requirements of their designers;

Education - Certificate or degree program completion
Portfolio - student and professional pieces
Experience - 2-5 years of current working knowledge in the industry
Students who participate in this program will be offered the option to assist on projects, and as their experience grows, create projects of their own, eventually acquiring enough experience to help them succeed. From this, is where their motto, "Advise, Enhance, Empower" is derived.
