I'm 27 years old and I'm from Montreal, Quebec. I am a personal trainer, aerobics instructor and fitness model. Oh yeah...did I mention that I also work full time in the airline industry as a flight-attendant?To name a few, you can find me on the cover of Muscle & Fitness Hers, on the Quebec reality show "Portfolio", on the MVP nutrition roster and soon to be the new "Bowflex" chick!z

Pretty much anything, except stuff like heavy metal and punk rock...I don't like music that's too agressive.z

Movies:

Anything, except for horror movies and comedies like Jackass...I just can't seem to find the humor in watching someone vomit or crap in their pants!z

Television:

I love makeovers...home, wardrobe, plastic surgery, you name it!Oh yeah, and So You Think you Can Dance! I danced for 17 years and was on my way to making it a carreer.z
