Rainbow Mountain Productions, with their recording studio located atop a mountain between Boone and Blowing Rock, North Carolina in the Blue Ridge Mountains, offers professional music recording and production, as well as artist management and promotion services.
In addition to studio recording and production, Rainbow Mountain Productions also provides mobile live recording services and capabilities that offer extremely good quality live multi-track recordings at a very reasonable and affordable cost that is in reach of more bands and artists than would otherwise be normally expected.
We are essentially a coalition of like-minded musicians and artists who first and foremost are "not in it for the money," but for the love of music and artistic creation. That's not to say that we are a free ride or a charitable organization, but rather indicative of our goal and focus to operate in a manner that eliminates or minimizes the fluff and low-value add that largely unneccessary frills and pomp add to an operation's overhead.
One needs only to listen to the fruits of some of our work to get an idea of what is possible in terms of balancing quality and cost of music recording and production. We stand behind our work and our artists, because they are not only clients, most are actually now very close friends and considered family.
