About Me

The Allseeing I was founded back in 1993 by André Forsmo and Rune Henrichsen and we played with a few different drummers before Mads Guldbekkhei joined the band on drums in ‘95. After a few years we split up and continued with other bands, but it didn’t take long before we realized that something was missing and we had to start up again what we had left behind. After a short while Freddy joined on guitars and Martin on bass and Mads agreed to join on drums again. Nothing much happened the following two years and then in 2001 when Skjalg Reithaug and Erlend Caspersen replaced Freddy and Martin and ripped apart the old music of the band and tore out a new spine-ripping, thrash guttering sound.
The Allseeing I experienced a radical musical development as the musicians came from different musical backgrounds. This is what defines the original and unique sound of The Allseeing I. Each member draws the others into a musical limit that can only be drawn further and further and this is how the songs are made; out of pure spite! Just when you thought you had heard it all, The Allseeing I will challenge you into a new genre of death metal.
