Andres Selada

Born in 1978, in a Little colombian city named Palmira. Andrés show his passion for music and academic studies during his childhood, and this carry him to pay more atention to this habilities. In late 90’s, with his university studies finished, he took the DJ career as an important avance in his life after being a vynil collector, and this created a fine musical taste on him. His evolution from collector to DJ was very important for the croud, in a begining just in Palmira and after that, day to day gaining knowledge and more aceptance with other cities around the country for his 3 turntable mixing and his minimalistic and dark sounds like Techno and Hard Techno. Time after, Andrés made better his performance as a Dj and as a Producer, and this made him being accepted in a Project with Dutch promotors, and they wanted to begin a new record label which it’s principal goal was the musical production of House and Techno, and will be called “MAGIC SOUL RECORDS”. Andrés will be the musical director of this label. This label started to work in latest 2004 with it’s first EP, with focus on House and Tech-house, named “Colombian Soul”; this EP had a lot of luck in USA and Colombia. Andrés still put his hard work for the good development of MAGIC SOUL RECORDS, and start to work with progressive sounds like Trance and Tech-trance, thanks to his habilities in the piano and synth. This was his new brand to his music as a DJ and Producer.In the musical scope Andrés Selada has a long list of tracks which have been very well received by great amount of Trance DJs around the world; being part of important compiled and radial programs focused to the Trance Music such as; Mellomania DELUXE of DJ Shah (Holland), Lenguage of trance 02-Globalbeats, Laws of Progress (MagicSoulRerords) ,Urban Balearica For a.m to pm (Ultimate House Records Germany) and outstanding programs , Ostroml Radio (Rumania), among others.
