GREEN ART POP, OUTSIDER, FOLK, ART BY DAN C.
Self taught artist, started painting, carving and making various assemblages in 1998 and have since created and sold over 1000 pieces. All work is created from materials that were destined for the landfill. Recycler and salvager of everything, all primer paints, base coats and other materials like wood, wire, tin and picture frames are found or no longer desired. Most pieces have slight imperfections such as holes, dings, chips; saw marks, or other imperfections and flaws that give every piece a unique character. Earth friendly art as it would otherwise be creating greenhouse gas decaying in a landfill some where.
Collected internationally by museums, galleries, decorators, designers, restaurants, other businesses and private collectors.

Native Floridian and current Central Florida east coast resident. Have been a citrus and produce picker, construction worker, 26 year veteran, retired navy senior chief petty officer, charter boat captain, longshoreman, collectibles, antiques and junk dealer, casino blackjack, poker dealer and semi professional poker player. Veteran of a few conflicts and wars starting with Vietnam. Held the title as Junk Yard Dog but thatâ€™s a story all in itself. Been around the world two or three times and talked to everyone twice; visited Maine, Spain, Spokane, Sicily, Haiti, Italy, France, Germany, Cuba, Jamaica and Margaritaville to name a few.

AS FOR THE POKER, I SOMETIMES HIT THE ROAD FOR MONTHS AT A TIME AND PLAY THE LOW END AND MIDDLE MONEY TOURNAMENTS, "IM STILL A BEGINER, BUT I SURVIVE".

well the dreaded streak of bad luck has passed for now, had five losing sessions in a row, but made all the money lost in those five sessions back in two good sessions and have now scored my 4th winni...
