Never Comes Silence

Never Comes Silence was born in 1999. In the summer of 2002 the band released their first full length album ..RED OCEAN.. and received outstanding reviews of the specialised media. The musicians were attested a release with a lot of potential and feeling. ............................................................ .................................................In the aftermath the Band played a various number of Live concert all over Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, which have shown the band as an intoxicating live act as well. ............................................................ ..................................................In 2005 Never Comes Silence released their 2nd Opus. Although ..ONE SECOND ETERNITY.. picks up old trademarks; the Band sounds more independent than before. Metal-, Doom-, Gothic- and Folk parts demonstrate a variety of modern as well as traditional music. ............................................................ ..................................................Apropriati ng to the particular prevailing mood of their songs, the lyrics of NCS deal with mourning, childhood memories, delusion or even environmental problems. ............................................................ .................................................. The whole ensemble is presented by the variable voice of Tanja Regmann. Her voice seems to be unlimited as it reaches from an melodic / melancholic terrain to impressive Grunt Vocals. With theses properties she is the perfect counterpart to the agressive voice of Thomas Droste. ............................................................ .................................................... In 2006 the Band concentrated on live shows and several festival appeareances. Beside many regional Gigs they played the Metal Bash Festival in Hamburg and 2 Dates on the "Days of Reckoning Tour" in Belgium..................................................... ............................................................ . In 2007 NCS accounted the Song "Evil Games" for The Angelwitch Tribute Sampler and gathered excellent critics for the bravery of giving this Song a "Gothic-Death-Doom Garment"! At the end of 2007 the Band was part of the "Darkness over Europe Tour" with UK Doomsters "The Prophecy". ............................................................ ..................................................... Now in 2008 Never Comes Silence is writing new material and is looking forward to enter the Studio in Spring / early Summer this year. The new Record will be...harder than before, more emotional as in the past, but also a light at the end of the night...
