Milvus vaihtoi suomeen! Muutokseen ei liity mitään suurempaa dramatiikkaa. Suomen kieli alkoi vain paremmin sopia sanottavani välineeksi. Toisaalta omaa kieltään tulee tässä globaalistuvassa maailmassa yhä vahvemmin ylläpitää. Englannistuva kommunikaatio on jo nyt synnyttänyt suomen kieleen sanahirviöitä, ns. konsulttikieltä, jota kukaan ei halua kuulla.
Musiikkini on muuttunut hieman "orgaanisemmaksi", mikä tarkoittaa enemmän oikeita instrumentteja, vähemmän koneita. Tämä suunta tulee säilymään ellei peräti vahvistumaan. Tyylilllisesti Milvus tarjoilee grungen, metallin ja stonerin välimaastossa industrialiin kallistuvaa rockia.
Milvus is the band without any other members than Milvus itself, at least in recording phase. Band (yes it is actually band) was established at 2005. The concept how Milvus operates is shamelessly borrowed from Mr. Reznor. When is comes time to get up on the stage there are five guys who form the band called Milvus.
Milvus’s music is, if it is necessary to categorize into genres, near so called industrial rock. Machine aesthetics go further than just making music with the help of machines. Machine aesthetics could been heard from the lyrics as well. The music Milvus makes is the end result of real guitars, basses, pianos and drum machines and other programming. The very idea is that you can play songs live.
