Formed in 2006, Red is for Fire is the brainchild of guitarist/songwriter Master Control. Based in Austin, Texas, RIF/F combines all of the various genres that have influenced it into one original, yet familiar sound. Part Metal, Part Rock, and equal parts progressive/alternative, the music speaks to various aspects of the human experience we can all relate to.
