"Paws for Love in a non-profit tax exempt cat rescue organization. All of our cats that are available for adoption are home fostered, vaccinated, and spayed/ neutered.Paws for Love has no paid employees. All of our volunteers donate tons love and energy into each cat/kitten. Tireless hours are spent bottle feeding, medicating, and caring for those kitties that no one else loved!Our kitties come in all shapes, colors and sizes, however they all have one common thread-at some point in their life they were unwanted or in trouble! Thats where we come in. We spay/neuter, rehabilitate, vaccinate, and love until they are adopted.

*Fuzzy Bucket Persian F/S had to be shaved because previous owners would not groom her...sweet but shy, ok w/ nice cats, no dogs or small children *Max-10mo.old dsh m/n grey tabby, very sweet and playful**Radar- 6mo old m/n dsh blk/wht tux..very sweet and playful, good w/ other cats and children needs a forever home*Dewey-3yr old dsh m/n sweet but shy, needs a quiet home no dogs, ok w/ other cats* *Mama Tess- 5 yr f/s main coon mix, has had a traumatic life and will need some time to warm up but is very sweet, declawed all 4 paws:( *Misty-2yr old f/s maincoon/dsh Mama tess's daughter...also declawed all 4 paws...and very shy...needs a quiet patient home w/ no dogs or other cats!

I'd like to meet:

Paws for Love is a very new rescue group located in Phoenix/Glendale AZ. We only have a few fosters at this time, and are looking to meet other rescue groups, people willing too volunteer and or donate supplies, passionate rescuers, and serious families ready to adopt!

PFL has been hard at work trying to rescue some kitties under a house! A few months ago their owner passed away and the property owner kicked the kitties out. They have been taking refuge under the house, with very little protection from other cats, the cold, and disease. So far we have trapped 2 kitties, a very sweet siamese mix, and a shy but sweet orange and white dsh..hes about 9 or so!! There are still 2 kitties under the house and we are doing all we can to coax them out! When they are clean and healthy we will post pics!! Look out for an upate.

Heroes:

Any one who has taken the time to rescue an unwanted abandoned animal no matter the species! People who speak out against animal cruelty. Rescue groups who are determined to spay/neuter everything that comes to them. Animals that even though they have been tortured and neglected, and very near death still find it in their hearts to love humans. People that with very little funds continue rescuing and feeding and sterilizing animals! It is because of these types of people that we do what we do everyday, to make sure that the work they started does not go unfinished!
