     A four piece band straight outta the hills of Palmer, Massachusetts bringing a harder but grooving new sound to the local music scene. Providing a full sound, from the melodic lyrics written like poetry, sang like a true song (Tim Messier) to the guitar (Mark Roy) leading the musical story with truly rhythmic, moving riffs driving the music to it's intensity, filled out and backed up by the loud and rocking drums (Josh Messier) is what you will get from this band, Scenic Route, and their music. Our musical ADHD helps keep us from staying the same, ranging from chilled out melodic songs to aggressive in your face ones; we try and keep it fresh but still stay true to our sound and style.
     We are currently looking for a new bass player. More details in our blog.
     We just finished recording our EP "A Change of Pace" back in July and have been recently writing new and better material for our return to the studio scheduled for the middle of January. We have just finished recording our first full-length album titled "The Fire Outside." The album is now in the post production phase. We're very excited about it and we hope that you'll keep an eye out for its release! It should be available for sale on our website and in area music stores coming soon. With a new found confidence, a very strond album, better shows, and new material on our side we are ready to take the world by storm.
