"The government does not need to listen nor respond to the peoples' petitions"- Judge Emmet Sullivan, speaking for the lowest level D.C. federal court on the landmark Right to Petition case.We the People Foundation for Constitutional Education along with thousands of Americans are joined together in a history altering, professionally litigated class action lawsuit to force the U.S. Government to abide by the Constitution and to answer the People as they are required by the 1st Amendment Right to Petition.Our First Amendment Right protects our right to ask our government questions about their unconstitutional acts and receive answers. On November 8, 2002 all 535 Congressmen and the President were formally served four Petitions for Redress of Grievances charging the government with extensive violations of the U.S. Constitution and abuse of the People’s unalienable rights.Since then the government has repeatedly refused to answer these well documented, specific charges. Among the assertions is that the nation has gone to War without a formal Congressional declaration, that the Government lacks any legal jurisdiction to impose a direct income tax upon the People and that the IRS uses fraud and unlawful force in order to extort income taxes that are not owed under US law.Will we accept Judge Sullivan’s answer?
