About Me

Bad Mans Dog formed in March 2005 after a clumsy, but nevertheless totally rocking, jam in the front room of guitarist, Ed endEd and keyboardist, Katy Wrong. Original members: 'Oward, Jim Sputnig, Kus Ureworthit, Katy Wrong, Ed endEd and (briefly) Eye-See of Sound of the Baskervilles fame, who shortly afterwards left to focus on the afore mentioned prior commitment, met out 'n' about on the Leeds clubbing scene. Over the following year they refined their sound into what is now known as 'Dog Rock', a purposefully vague description of a sound which contains an exceptionally diverse range of styles, from ska, through punk, to folk music from around the world, via bloody everywhere. After a year or so of gigging around Yorkshire, they were joined by guitarist Kevin Keen-Gun who brought to the table a new energy and a fuller sound. They are currently working on new material which will be ready by the summer of 2008, and will be launched by a country-wide tour. Watch out for them, they may be coming to a town near you.
