About Me
As a youth I started djing with my mate terry we played reggae soul hiphop at schools, community centres youth clubs and Reading university.In the 80's I learned to dance bboy & poppin skillz , i also got into the emcee with reggae music & danchall for local the 'showgun sound system' at blues parties and pubs , heavily supporting & being influenced by the local Raiders sound system who was throwin down reggae dancehall etc.
At that time i was also into the way the hiphop scence was evolving and was developing my rapping, freestyle and writing.
I used to go local central club and get influence and inspired by reggae sound systems like 'sir coxon', 'unity' & 'saxon'.1989 I joined with local dj abs and mc inlay and we formed 'due south crew' playing soul,reggae & hiphop, we played school youth clubs and dances, including abs human beatboxin. It was proper raw!
1n 1991-2 i was also resident at scallywags in portsmouth, big up aubrey & jeff young & mondo crew, raffles and bengar.
i started to really get into the new music evolving thru the then new rave acid hardcore scence, i joined up with ooops! sound system, heavyweight 30k rig and good crew, i mc wid the crew including djs enforcer,poison, chenzo, mystery,taylor,illusion,phantom,purple haze, and dan playing hardcore/jungle d&b at free parties in warehouses buildings & outdoors especially in london but all over the country,sometimes we be there the whole weekend with 3 or 4 other rigs playing techno house whatever.
Around 93 'jungle' or d&b style music was really evolving I was still doing shows with both sound systems real busy but luvin it!
In 94 i was asked to do readings first pirate radio station called direction fm(105.4), covering d&b/hardcore we had such a laugh, played wkd djs & tunes on for around a year and half wknds only with a large and widespread group of listeners & busy phoneline, great days!1994/95 i was resident with ooops sound system at 'sky high' at simpsons in bracknell which led me to being resident at the same venue on fridays with 'darkness' crew (big up r-tane & gee )
1995-2000 i was resident emcee with ooops! crew sound system , we had a 30k rig (big up dan & dirty harry enforcer & illusion) at the legendary reading boxing club, did shows at the local matrix club & alleycats, places like ,4 aces, fez, herbal, and other nightclub gigs over the country etcStill writing spittin freestylin & bubblin the crowd, ive been blessed with workin with djs including :

stevie hyper d/2001 i joined forces with neilmac & amc and did several gigs supporting them and dj peshay including smashin up fabric club with mc moose on cubic music tour and guested for skylab, 36th Chambers, glazed, bassheads and two minds productions around them times. In 2003/4 i did numerous spots at cocoshubeen at opera house and bar blu, bournemouth.
Ive done numerous appearances on internet radio show with nu-urban 'jungletrain', 'bassdrive' & 'rumble in the jungle' & 'pyrotechnics'...ive done so much stuff over the last two decades.. even i cant even remember..lol ;0)
Now im working with 'subfactory' to be reinstated in purple turtle bar in reading town on fridays starting 28/09/2007.
Now im working in studio with amc, neilmac and heist, studio12, & upfull rockers, and im looking forward to a couple of new release's by amc & neilmac featuring vocals by me due out on ff recordings or pandemic in the next few months.
