NEIL MAC has been hugely influencial in shaping Readings dnb scene.In 1997 he helped run Readings 1st all night DnB night at the Boxing Club in Reading,where he played alongside Grooverider, Peshay, Zinc, Hype, Rap, Andy C, Nicky BM,jumping jack frost,bad company and Kenny Ken too name a few. This is where he met Peshay and the two imbarked on working on a number of tracks This was the beginging of peshays infamous cubik music label where he had a number of releases including two on the albums "fuzion"and"jammin". This led to a European tour with Cubik Music where he played in Belgium,Germany, Holland,Italy,and as Cubik Music’s resident DJ at super club Fabric Live London.Neil Mac has performed at some legendary clubs inc movement@bar rumba,Legends of dark black@ the mass Brixton,Dance accadamy in Plymouth,Brunel Rooms Swindon,He has also dj"d live on a German TV station.After all Neil and his brother (AMC) Andy Mac also a producer needed an outlet because they had such a backlog of music penned!They decided to start Pandemic Records where they are up to release 004 in the disography,Pandemic is set for big things in 2007 so watch this myspace for more info.In 2004 Neil set up record shop called Frequency Records in Reading selling dnb to the masses.In 2005 he has gone on to set up a brand new label called FF-recordings which he runs alongside Greenfly ex goodlooking producer,Neil mac has been a resident at Readings no1 dnb night "subfactory" for 2 years! you can catch him every other Friday night, This has gone on to become Readings leading dnb night!He also has a radio show on bassdrive.com.2007 is set to become a big year for Neil with a european tour in the pipeline and subfactory tour dates outside Reading all booked up,also look out for brand new material forthcoming on Pandemic and FF-recordings.for more info on anything to do with Neil Mac go to www.pandemicrecords.com,www.ffrecordings.co.uk and www.subfactory.co.uk for bookings and tours contact [email protected] ..
