About Me

I grew up in New York State, moved to Seattle, Wa. about 15 years ago and have lived in Washington State ever since. I am a musician, a mathematician, a part-time techie, and an organic gardener/farmer. I have extremely varied and diverse interests. I like the challenge of the unknown.

Music:

Music is the best!! I like a lot of it.
The 4 guitar players that influenced me the most: Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Carlos Santana, and Jerry Garcia.
I love almost any kind of music, as long as I don't need earplugs :)
Quick List of Bands/Musicians I like: The Grateful Dead, Frank Zappa, Bob Marley, Pink Floyd, Little Feat, Led Zeppelin, Boston, Bill Frisell, The Buena Vista Social Club, Ry Cooder, Bach, Dave Matthews, Ozzy, Sabbath, ACDC, Funkadelic, Steve Miller, Chili Peppers, Yes, Rush, The Moody Blues, Neil Young, Jefferson Airplane, CSN, Janis Joplin, Eric Clapton, The Eagles, David Grisman, Reverend Gary Davis, Merle Travis, Doc Watson, Norman Blake, Mississippi John Hurt, Peter Gabriel, Fleetwood Mac, and much more.

My original music is located at my band page, temporarily called «Ðâvê»s Tunes

I may or may not have it on my player here. I like to feature other musicians sometimes too. I will be focusing my energy on that page in the future, so ADDY it please.

Movies:

History of the World Part I, Blazing Saddles, Star Wars, LOTR, Animal House, The Blues Brothers, Rocky Horror, Breakfast Club, Woodstock, What the Bleep?, Buena Vista Social Club, and most animated films.

Television:

Not a huge TV'er, but I like animations. Simpsons, Family Guy, King of the Hill, South Park.... ummmm ... Beavis and Butthead (hehehehe), what else is there? Oh yeah and Nova specials on PBS.
