The feel of dramatics flowing through each verse and chorus are truly unique. She states that it just turns out that way since she has no special favorite style because she just loves all genres of music, and her writing reflects it all with a bit of something everyone can relate to. Something everyone can groove to. That's the goal she set out to accomplish with her CD entitled, "U Got Me." A songwriter, producer, radio personality/Production Director, and TV talk show host from Baton Rouge Louisiana, LaTangela has been singing publicly since the age of three when she joined the church choir and sang her first solo. LaTangela began writing songs at the age of 10. She wrote, co-produced, and recorded her first album at age 13, entitled, Simply LaTangela; She know in her heart that this is what she was born to do and has never skipped a beat polishing her skills as a recording artist, continuing to enter showcases and being booked for many events. LaTangela has been the opening act for artists, including Yolonda Adams, Jesse Powell, Phil Perry, Chaka Khan, Baby Face, and Lyfe, to name a few.
