Background: Josh Tucci and Tucker Johnston are Former Members of the defunct Red Checkers, a band formed in 2005 with Kathryn Kolouch and Fred Kolouch of The Mighty Conchords.

The Background Noise is a little band from Denver Colorado. Formed in October of 2006, The Background Noise originally consisted of a guitar, a keyboard, and some guy following the musicians around with some sticks and drums. The band has grown this past year, though, thanks to the addition of a magical instrument known as a bass.
We play quite a few local shows for Progressive Motion Promotion company, and you guys should definitely check one of them out some time soon.
