About Me

Born in Anaheim, California and raised in Columbus, Ohio an emcee by the name of Killah Matriks. He didnt start writin rhymes until he heard "Paid In Full" by Rakim and "Illmatic" by Nas. He was also influenced by Jay-Z Rakim, Nas, Skyzoo, Lupe Fiasco and Common. He has many versitile styles. He can go fast, he can get lyrical, and he can get punchline crazy. He has the ability to rap the hood life with having to resort to telling tales of murder, drug dealing, or gang banging. He has everyone from Hip Hop Heads to Rockers to Preps loving the music. They all seem to love the fact that its a breathe of fresh air. It seems everyone is tired of the bang bang shoot em up music, and they want something new. With the release of his LP "Killah TeckNiQs", he hopes to bring just that. Its just real hip hop, simple and plain. "Killah TeckNiQ" drops June 17th 2008 and hes hope that this LP makes a statement to the hip hop world that he is here to change it.
