For the most part, as Tess, much of what I write would be classified as romantic fiction with a sensual feel.

I've been writing since the moment I was able to lift a pencil. I've been creating stories since before that. I have been happily married for thirty-three years and have three grown children--twin sons and a daughter.

My Interests

Reading, writing, working with stained glass, handcrafts such as knitting and crochet, photography, and an assortment of other pleasures. I have interests in tarot, astrology, paganism, the paranormal, etc.

Clannad, Tim McGraw, Evanascence, Josh Groban, Nickelback, Lifehouse, Toby Keith, Billie Currington, Enya, Moody Blues, Elvis, Cher, Elton John, and many others.

Movies:

Dangerous Beauty, Last of the Mohicans, The Birds, Dracula, An Affair to Remember, Marnie, Ghost, Spy Game, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, A Murder of Crows, What Lies Beneath, Wolf and an assortment of others. Pretty much anything with Antonio Banderas, Kurt Russell, or Tommy Lee Jones.

Television:

Anything CSI and Law & Order. I also like Charmed. I don't watch a lot of regular television.

Books:

Although my favorite genre is romance, I read pretty much anything and everything. Current favorite authors include Stephen King, Anne Rice, Linda Howard, Elizabeth Lowell, Catherine Snodgrass, Barbara Clark, Sharon Sala, Dinah McCall, Lucy Monroe. I read a lot of nonfiction books, currently I've been reading books by Marie-Louise von Fanz regarding Jung and the interpretation of fairy tales. I'm fond of Joseph Campbell and fascinated by the Journey of the Hero in writing.

Heroes:

Anyone who overcomes adversity in their lives. Anyone who perseveres to achieve their dream.
