Now... about me...
I have been a "traditional" Pagan/Witch for more than 20 years. I don't really subscribe to "Wicca" persay as it is a newer religious faith though obviously it has elements of my faith intertwined. I am a "solitary", a teacher, a mentor and will offer my opinions freely to those who ask. (Please do not refer to me as a "Warlock" or Wizard" though if ye be titled such you are welcomed here.)
I started this page in hopes of bringing together as many intelligent, thoughtful and insightful people that may also be practitioners of the Old Religions. Feel free to share your views and opinions but I caution you to do it with respect. This is not a sounding board for haters and bashers. Rejoice in the fact that we are different.
All are welcomed here to share view or opinions. Posers and fakers will be frowned upon (it WILL show) and abusive, ignorant "haters" will be kicked. I'm not interested in fake people or people who call themselves something they are not because in their minds they think it's "cool". We all know characters like this, yes?
To the "Christians" and other mainstream faiths, I will say that this is not a forum for "conversion". Free will entitles everyone to be different and unique. Just because I don't share your views does not make me less of a decent human being. I do not need to fear a god to lead a respectable life.
I am a father, husband, friend, musician, writer, web designer and somewhat of a graphic artist. In time I will post my works here.
I am a bit of a romantic. I still believe in holding doors, "Sir" & "Ma'am", "Please & Thank you" and that women should be respected and cherished.
I hold all people accountable for their actions as I believe that all people control who they are whether they know it or not. I dislike "posers", "fake" people and guys who are the essence of all thing "bad" about men. (If you look at women as "objects" I will not shame myself by calling you my friend.)
I am VERY protective of my friends. To wrong them is to wrong me.
I always try my best to be there for my friends even if it is a sympathetic ear and shoulder. I truely believe in karma, all people are defined by there actions and words, there is a greater purpose for our existance and that one should always try to help the less fortunate.
