Well I've been writing music and playing for most of my life got my first guitar when I was 4 and first drum set when I turned 5. Been living and breathing music from every side of a thousand stages since. I was in bands in High School went on to owning Blue Moon Studios in Los Angeles in the 80's. I love all kinds of music but Alan Parsons and Sam Foster are my 2 favorite recording engineers I did my time writing for other bands and trying like hell to be the next Danny Elfman and finally had to get enough money to get married and get a house so as work slowly took over every waking moment I finally just laid the whole fucking thing down and quit playing music all together. I got married, put in years for a big corporation. Went through some shit that should have killed me and then just kind of settled into blank days.... Along comes my daughter and a glimmer of hope that i might not be better off checked the hell out of here and then I see a Local Music venue pop onto the road down the way from my house. I went in and saw some bands play for the first time in a few years and saw what i used to believe was possible in their eyes. Then one night I saw a band in town called diverged (www.diverged.net) and their performance was truly an inspiration to me. It felt like the show was written to wake my ass up. The band was skilled, professional and really on fire. the best part of the night for me was when the singer jumped down into the pit on the side of the stage where only a handfull of people at best could even see him and he let loose and put his soul through that microphone. This was one of those pure moments where honesty meets music and they embrace. Needless to say the experience moved me to the bones I went home and decided to break out the old keyboards, string up the old guitars, set up the drums up that had been on the shelf in my garage, dust off the amp's and see what remains...
