ABOUT FACEFRONT RECORDS:
FaceFront was etablished in 1997 by Mr. Frode Øien - a well knowned name within the norwegian metal scene for many years. Trivial Act was the first band to sign with FaceFront, and many more was to follow due to Mr. Øiens desire to help bands with those first difficul steps into the business. FaceFront was never a business that gave him any profit, but that was never his goal when he started. As time went by Frodes workload increased with other projects and companies, and he decided to step down as label manager - and during the summer of 2006 Vivian Helén Nielsen became the new label manager and given free hands to bring the company further with her visions.
FaceFront is a small label - but have the contacts around the world to hopefully be able do great things. We will from now on focus on 3-5 releases a year to be able to really give the bands/artist the attention they deserve for trusting us with their music.
