Armada is a pop-rock band from Pittsburgh, PA. The band finalized its members in September 2006, and has been growing in popularity ever since. Their power pop style, which is rare to the Pittsburgh audiences, has been warmly welcomed by crowds of all ages.
Armada’s musical style is as diverse as its background. Currently, the group consists of five talented musicians each with their own creative style. Fun, catchy songs reflect the influences and creativity of each of the band’s members. With Armada, no two songs are the same. Armada’s hard work has resulted in acquiring a strong fan base.
As a newly established band, the group has been seen at venues such as The Lava Lounge and Touch Nightclub, however before they became Armada the group’s members had their own experiences. This included playing with bands such as Barenaked Ladies, the Ataris, Edwin McCain, and Fall Out Boy.
