Hello, welcome to my page. My name is Jose Luis Smith. Currently I am an artist manager, co-managing Mrs Bridget Hermano, with my business partner in New York. I am currently tied up with many adventures with my artist and as well as on my own. My long time business friend and I are going into a joint venture in a Modeling Agency. Sometimes we have to change for a reason but the only person that should make you change is you and your God. Do what you have to, to make your happiness in your life, even if it hurts. Pain of sadness is a block to success and happiness... as love is pain, failure is beyond such feelings.
The structure of any company dealing in this industry should be one that leads, directs, protects, teaches and learns from their own clients and employees. Thedirection of this industry comes from great leaders, leaders that have made a big impression and have implemented many changes. As we grow into the direction thatlead us, we must draw back from the past, for the past is what makes us who we are now, and it is also what drives us into tomorrow. This industry has a collectionof musicians, dancers, models, and all entertainers, as well as those that support the ones that do what they dream.
In this business you got to be on your feet ready to stand firm, ready to duck, ready to take risks, if your not ready they will run over you and someone that is readywill come along and take your spot while everyone else is waiting in line for there turn! - T.B.
