It's Time to Choose Life Y'all

About Me

SPIRITHOUSE’S Choosing Sides Program grew out of both our successful experience working with community youth and parents, as well as this mounting crisis of violence among young people of color. It is a comprehensive approach to teen violence that begins not just with the “problem” but also grapples with particular ‘intersectional’ (age, race, education, and socioeconomic status) challenges that young people of color face. Students are presented with challenges allowing them to analyze teen roles, responsibilities and the shared fate of their community. Thank You to NEW HORIZON'S and Coach D, The Rites of Passage program of Durham and The Durham Civil Rights Project for trusting us to work this revolution the best way we know how (in community with you). I edited my profile at Freeweblayouts.net , check out these Myspace Layouts!
